This is an introductory course for those with little or no experience of hard metal work. It covers basic techniques for shaping and creating effective joints between sheets of hard metal.

Metal Solutions Ltd now proudly stands as the inaugural Hard Metals Satellite Training Centre, a result of relentless dedication and joint efforts from both sides to bring this partnership to fruition.

Metal Solutions Ltd is set to administer the Traditional Hard Metals Basic Craft Course, a program renowned for its City & Guilds and CITB accreditations. The certification process will be conducted through the Lead Sheet Training Academy, an exclusive institution nationally authorized to offer City & Guilds accredited courses, in conjunction with its network of registered satellite centers.

This course, hosted at Metal Solutions Ltd’s Bolton facility, offers an unparalleled opportunity for individuals currently engaged in or aspiring to enter the field of hard metal craftsmanship. By enrolling, participants not only gain access to the esteemed City & Guilds accreditation but also unlock the potential to leverage the CITB grant system for eligible employers registered with or contributing to the CITB levy, as all courses under the Lead Sheet Training Academy umbrella hold CITB recognition.
